My journey has taken me through various landscapes, and I’m here to share that with you as your guide on this men’s retreat. 

I spent seven years leading operations in the car wash industry before diving into a eight-year stretch in HR leadership at a corporate level. I’ve partnered with everyone from local entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 leaders, navigating the complexities of business across the country.

I took the scenic route to earn my Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management at 31 years old, and I hold certifications as a Professional in HR (PHR) and SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). I’m also certified as an Insights Discovery Practitioner and a Somatic Breathwork Practitioner—tools that have shaped my understanding of communication and personal growth.

But my path hasn’t just been about careers and credentials - remember that scenic route I told you about? Well, back in 2011 I made a pivotal choice to embrace sobriety after a tough five-year battle with alcoholism. That decision was transformative, teaching me resilience, commitment, and the importance of self-love. It opened my eyes to the inner strength we all possess to lead fulfilling lives.

Through my experiences, I’ve developed a real life perspective on the challenges and opportunities we face as men. I know what it's like to have failed relationships, hurting others I care about, and feel like I've failed in life. I also know what it's like to overcome these challenges with tenacity, determination, and love. This journey is not easy - it's an earned life for those who choose to better themselves.

My passion for the earned life has inspired me to work with men like you to align with your authentic self, achieve your aspirations, and find your own sense of peace.
